As part of the extensive refurbishment of The Leather Market, BSFG supplied a carefully selected range of seating and tables to transform the external courtyard into a vibrant extension of the workplace. The scheme aimed to enhance the building’s historic character while providing a modern, flexible outdoor space where tenants can collaborate, socialise, or simply take a break from the office.

Project Background

The Leather Market, a 19th-century former tannery, has been reimagined as a flexible workplace for London’s creative industries. Alongside refreshed interiors and modern communal areas, the redevelopment placed a strong emphasis on outdoor space. A new courtyard, framed by pergolas and rich with character, was designed to encourage collaboration, relaxation, and informal meetings./p>

As part of the refurbishment, BSFG was appointed by The Framework Group to supply external furniture that would complement the historic setting while delivering a fresh, contemporary identity for the space.
