The TOP Litter Bin is part of Metalco’s versatile urban‑bin collection, designed to provide a flexible and architecturally refined approach to waste sorting. Its aluminium body ensures excellent durability and corrosion resistance while maintaining a lightweight structure suitable for urban spaces, transport hubs, institution grounds, and workplace environments. The bin’s front door is equipped with a snap‑lock, delivering secure closure and simple servicing for maintenance teams.
A rain cover protects the waste aperture from precipitation, ensuring clean waste entry and helping maintain hygiene in busy outdoor settings. The cover can also be specified with or without a cigarette‑extinguisher plate and container, enabling each unit to serve both general litter and smoking‑area waste-management needs.
Inside the unit, the TOP bin is fitted with an elastic sack‑holder ring and vertical internal support for stable bag placement. For projects that require recycling or multi‑stream waste separation, TOP is offered in a single‑container version or a four‑container configuration, which can be combined to form efficient waste‑sorting islands. This adaptability makes TOP a functional system for both small‑scale and high‑volume public‑realm projects.
