Project Details
The apartment buildings Elizabeth Tower and Victoria Residence have roof terraces that have been designed to provide exclusive private outdoor seating and dining areas combined with plenty of plants and shrubs.
The bespoke steel planter system was designed by our in-house R&D team which can act as a retaining wall or free standing units, is fully customisable and can be supplied with timber seating and a range of other accessories. For this project it helped to create a truly flexible space to allow time alone or in a social setting. Additional planters in cylindrical and conical shapes were arrayed across the terrace to increase the biodiversity.
Square aluminium and timber picnic tables from Landscape forms were also chosen for this project. Their simple and classic design coordinated with the entire project to create a balanced look throughout. The picnic tables are ideal for residents to enjoy a meal outside or to socialise with friends or neighbours.
The buildings are in the south-western part of Manchester city centre with luxury internal facilities and short distances to the city’s main transport routes. They’re also within walking distance of Manchester’s key economic hubs and vibrant leisure attractions. Created by Manchester’s most prominent developer, Renaker Build Ltd.
