MyIsle is an innovative approach to outdoor wellness, conceived as a modular island of calm where users can slow down, stretch and reconnect with their bodies and surroundings. Designed by Spruce & Gander as part of their commercial wellness and fitness offering, MyIsle creates purposeful space for restorative movement practices including breathing exercises, light stretching, balance work and mindful pauses. Rather than focusing on performance or intensity, MyIsle emphasises well‑being, flow and comfort, making it ideally suited to environments where relaxation and recovery are central.
The system is composed of sculptural wellness elements such as Wellness Stones, flexible seating and open platforms, each carefully shaped to encourage intuitive interaction and support both physical and emotional wellbeing. Its soft, organic forms allow MyIsle to sit naturally within landscaped settings, complementing the surrounding environment rather than dominating it. As a result, it is particularly well suited to resorts, spas, wellness paths, healing gardens and hospitality spaces, where design sensitivity is as important as function.
MyIsle is manufactured using premium outdoor materials, including high‑performance concrete, stainless steel and aluminium, ensuring durability and resilience in long‑term outdoor installations. The system is available by consultation only, allowing each installation to be individually planned and configured to suit spatial needs, user flow and wellness objectives. With design guidance offered as part of the process, MyIsle becomes not just a piece of equipment, but a curated wellness environment tailored to its setting.
